Queens of the Pod

Podcasts. The fast growing phenomenon.

They’ve revolutionised the media industry and are becoming more and more popular by the week.

So it would be wrong of me not to showcase some of the amazing podcasts we have here in the Queendom wouldn’t it?

And it just so happens we have some pretty amazing ladies in Fife transmitting excellence into the Pod universe.

One such talented Queen is Lisa May Young – her successful Holding the Space Podcast has featured diverse content and stories from around Fife.

She’s even written about what her Podcast has taught her for the Queendom!

From being mindful to creativity, building new business and men’s mental health you can listen to her podcasts here and listen like to her show Holding the Space on K107FM every Tuesday night from 6 until 8 pm.
